Ignacio Revilla Reyes, 90, of Kingsville, died June 5, 2017 in Corpus Christi.

He was born on July 31, 1926 in Kingsville, to Ruben and Bonifacia Reyes.

He was a retired construction worker and a devoted Christian. He was a lifetime member of Gethsemane Presbyterian Church. He was also a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran. 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margila Polanco Reyes; one sister, Noemi Reyes; and three brothers, Oscar R. Reyes, Ruben Reyes Jr. and the Rev. Hilario R. Reyes.

Survivors include two daughters, Anna Reyes and Sandra Reyes, both of Fresno, Calif.; five sons, Samuel Reyes, Saul Reyes both of Fresno, Calif., Adrian (Sandra) Reyes of Round Rock, Javier Reyes and Ignacio Reyes Jr., both of Kingsville; one brother, Manuel Reyes of Corpus Christi; six grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.

A religious service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 14 at Ramirez-Salinas Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 15 at Gethsemane Presbyterian Church.

Burial will follow at Coastal Bend Veterans Cemetery.
